This symposium brings together leading researchers from around the world to discuss the latest findings in brain mechanics, fostering collaboration and advancing our understanding of the brain’s mechanical properties.

*The conference dinner (September 30, 2025) is included in the registration fee.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that there will be no refunds for cancellations after registration.
Abstract Submission
All poster and oral presentation submissions require an abstract with a maximum of 200 words. Abstracts must be submitted via the registration portal. The deadline for submission is June 2, 2025.
Participation Options
When registering, you can choose from the following options:
- Option 1: Submit a poster presentation only.
- Option 2: Submit either a poster presentation or a 15-minute oral talk.
The organizing committee will review your abstract and determine the final format (poster or oral talk).
You will be notified of their decision by August 10, 2025. - Option 3: Register as an attendee without submitting a presentation.
Awards for Outstanding Research
To recognize and encourage excellence in research, the following awards will be given:
- 🏆 Best Poster Awards: Two prizes of €100 each for the best poster presentations.
- 🎤 Best Oral Talk Award: One prize of €100 for the best 15-minute oral presentation.

You will be directed to our ConfTool page, where you first need to register as a user.
Once registered, you can log in and select the option “Sign in as Participant” to register for the EBM2025 Symposium.
Please note: Simply registering on the ConfTool page does not constitute registration for the event.
